Legal
Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and IPTV MN, written in plain English. By buying or using the service you accept these terms.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms form an agreement between you (the "subscriber") and ITLOGY LLC, of 90 Henderson Ave, Ottawa, ON, K1N 7P6, Canada ("we", "us", IPTV MN). They apply to iptvmn.ca and to any service bought through it.
By purchasing or using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a technical network access and reseller service: authentication credentials (a username, password and server address) plus technical support to configure a media player on your own equipment.
You are not buying media content. We do not host, record, stream or broadcast any media. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
3. Your account
- Your credentials are personal to your household. Keep them confidential.
- Each plan permits a set number of simultaneous connections — one or two, depending on the plan you bought. You may install the app on as many devices as you like; the limit is how many play at the same time.
- Sharing, reselling or publishing your credentials outside your household is not permitted and will result in suspension without refund. If you want to resell, our reseller programme exists for exactly that and is welcome.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you believe it has been compromised, tell us immediately and we will reset it.
4. Payment
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and payable in advance.
- Interac e-Transfer is the only payment method we accept. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
- Nothing renews automatically. Your subscription runs for the period you bought and then stops. We never charge a stored card without you asking.
- Credentials are issued once payment has cleared, normally within minutes.
- Prices may change for future purchases, but never for a period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
Our full refund terms are set out on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms. In summary: you have seven days, and if the service will not work properly on your setup and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
6. What we will do
- Deliver your credentials promptly after payment clears.
- Maintain our infrastructure and aim for the uptime figure published on this site, added to in advance of high-demand events.
- Provide live support every day of the year, in English and French.
- Provide a free backup server address so you can switch yourself if your main line has trouble.
- Give advance notice of planned maintenance wherever practical.
7. What we cannot promise
Streaming depends on factors outside our control — your internet provider, your home network, your equipment, routing between networks, and third-party sources. We therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, or that any specific channel will be available at any specific moment. Channel line-ups change as broadcast rights change.
8. Your obligations
You agree that you will not:
- share, resell, sublicense or publish your credentials;
- use the service in a way that breaches the Copyright Act or Broadcasting Act of Canada, or the equivalent laws where you are;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with our infrastructure;
- use the service for any commercial public performance (a bar, restaurant, hotel or similar) without a separate written agreement with us;
- use the service to commit, facilitate or conceal any unlawful act.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, where there is credible evidence of credential sharing or resale outside the reseller programme, a chargeback or payment reversal after credentials were issued, repeated verified copyright notices under our DMCA policy, abuse or threats toward our support staff, or deliberate interference with our infrastructure.
Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first and give you a chance to explain. Immediate suspension is reserved for cases where waiting would cause harm.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
We collect as little personal information as possible and we never sell it. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to enforce payment in any competent court.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
